There are many causes to this problem
The most likely being a corrupt operating system (One of the windows files has become damages or gone missing) this can be as a result of virus or power failure at a time when critical files were being written to, often you will experience random reboots, Blue Screens (BSODs), Missing DLL, Windows cannot load because.. or Suggesting you repair over and over again.
More often than not this is not a physical fault with your machine (although it can be a precursor to Hard disk failure,Bad Memory, power irregularity or overheating) and in most case can be fixed without any need for parts just a system software refresh and although may not be as a result of a VIRUS the resolution is usually the same as though it was. in which case if you look at our virus page you will see option 1 and option 2 are most probably your best bet, a variation of option 3 is also possible where we locate, diagnose and fix the individual issues. however this can be extremly time consuming and should only be considered if the software/data contained on your laptop is Mission Critical and cannot be restored from other sources.
